1:1 tutoring option for students ages 6-18; students will learn to speak, read, and write in Spanish

Pricing: This event is FREE and is included with your annual enrollment fee, but will require an RSVP.
CLASS Academics’ version of a book club — where we talk books and work on project-based activities centered around the story read, all while having fun! Meetings are geared towards 2nd - 5th graders and will be on the first Saturday of every other month, starting in December. More information such as specific Book Talk dates, how/when to sign up, and the list of books are posted here.


3. Coffee with Colleen - An Early Literacy Workshop for Parents
Pricing: $15 — or FREE to active subscribers of Literacy + Littles (see below)
A quarterly, online workshop centered around topics relating to early literacy. This workshop is to help empower parents, educators, and anyone else interested in providing support to the young child(ren) in their lives.

Colleen Markowitz, a credentialed Reading & Literacy Specialist and former elementary school teacher who taught kindergarten and first grade will be leading this workshop. As a mother of three young children, Colleen can easily relate to the challenges parents face while trying to establish a well-rounded literacy journey in the home. She invites you to grab a cup of coffee while she discusses all things literacy-related in hopes to provide insight and encouragement. There will be a Q&A at the conclusion of the workshop.

4. Literacy + Littles - An Early Literacy Membership for Parents
Do you need help promoting a literacy-rich environment in your home for your young learner? Do you want to support your child and don’t know where to start when it comes to letters and reading? …. Then, Literacy + Littles is the perfect solution, as it provides parent support, coaching, and curriculum for your emerging reader in the home setting. This program is geared towards supporting parents with developmentally appropriate learning materials for the young child (3-6 years old).

Literacy + Littles is a quarterly membership for parents, which includes:
Easy-to-use digital file that is delivered to your inbox monthly* with straight-forward instructions on how to support your emerging learner through their literacy journey. The file will include all sorts of fun and easy-to-prep printables, as well as age-appropriate activities, and book recommendations; all centered around phonological awareness, phonics, decoding, comprehension, and vocabulary development.

PRICING: $44.99 per quarter
The first enrollment window for Literacy + Littles will begin 8/21 and close 9/15. The first quarter will run from 9/15-12/15. Subscription is $44.99 per quarter and will automatically be charged on 9/15, 1/15, 4/15, 7/15. New subscribers will be permitted to join four times a year, when the enrollment window is open. Cancel any time.
