How CLASS Academics operates

    • Summer 2027 runs from 6/14/27 - 8/28/26

  • Enroll in a weekly session(s) for the ACADEMIC YEAR with one of our incredible instructors.

How does enrolling for the academic year work?

  • Our instructors’ availability (subject to change) will be available for review at least two weeks prior to registration.

  • During the enrollment window, select one of the “ACADEMIC YEAR REGISTRATION” buttons below according to your student’s last name.

  • Complete the registration form, & include your tutor and/or date/time preference.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation text within 24 business hours of your registration.

  • Within 48 business hours, you’ll receive an email and contract to finalize enrollment.

  • We are dedicated, credentialed primary and secondary educators. In other words, we are experts in this field with invaluable teaching experience.

    Within 24-48 business hours, we will contact you via text to schedule a free 15-minute consultation call.

    During this consultation call, we will discuss your student’s learning needs, and your scheduling preferences.

  • Yes. If your student is enrolled during the academic year, your first invoice will incur a $60 registration fee. This fee is reapplied annually.

    If your student enrolls during summer, your summer deposit includes the $30 summer registration fee.

  • During the academic year, we invoice a monthly payment plan on the first of the month (Sept - June). Invoices are due on the 7th of the month.

    Let’s say your student enrolls 1x/week on Tuesdays. We calculate the number of Tuesdays we are open starting with your student’s first session until the end of our academic year. Then, we multiply it by the cost per session, and finally, divide it amongst the # of months services will be rendered.

    EXAMPLE:
    For the 2026-27 academic year, Poppy—a 4th grader—enrolls with CLASS Academics 1x/week on Mondays starting August 31st. We are open a total of 36 Mondays from August 31st, 2026 - June 12th, 2027.

    36 Monday sessions x $77/session = $2,772.

    $2,772 divided across 10 months (Sept - June) = $277.20/month.

  • During the summer, we invoice per session on the first of the month, due on the 7th.

    Why do we invoice differently in the summer versus the academic year? We are flexible and accommodating to our families’ schedules in the summer.

  • You have 3 ways to pay your invoice.

    1. Via credit/debit using the invoice link sent to you. This option includes a 3.5% processing fee.

    2. Via Zelle to info@classacademics.com with your student’s name & invoice #. Excludes processing fee.

    3. Via check delivered in-person to the office you receive services at. Excludes processing fee.

  • Here’s a brief rundown of our cancellation policies:

    • 2+ weeks notice = your choice of a refund OR a makeup session

    • Less than 2 weeks, but more than same-day* = a makeup session that expires within 90 days

    • Same-day or no show = not eligible for refund or makeup

    If your student is enrolled in the academic year, they automatically have one freebie in the fall and one in the spring. This can be used toward a same-day cancellation.

  • Unless your student is enrolled for homework help, we prepare their curriculum and personalize it to your student’s learning needs, styles, and engagement preferences.

  • Sessions are 55-minutes with an additional 5 minutes at the end of session left for an optional (but highly encouraged) debrief between instructor and parent/guardian.

    During the debrief, your student’s instructor will share successes, struggles, and provide insight into their session and/or future goals.

  • Yes. Simply send an introductory email with your student’s CLASS Academics instructor and your student’s teacher(s). Please be sure to share that you’ve given CLASS Academics explicit permission to discuss their progress and goals.
